S&T Training is situated in the south east near Southampton. The company delivers S&T training and track safety training to contractors and Network Rail.
Role Description
The role will be based at Eastleigh but also involve some out-based work. The Railway S&T Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions, carrying out assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in railway signalling and telecommunications
- Knowledge of railway safety standards and regulations
- Training and assessment qualifications though we will consider developing a suitable candidate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience in railway operations is a plus
- Full SMTH qualification in sentinel
