The Role
We are working with an established SAP Business One Partner who are looking for an experienced SAP Business One Consultant to join their growing team. This is a genuine full lifecycle, cradle to grave consulting role, where you will take ownership of SAP Business One projects from initial customer requirements through to implementation, go live and post go live support. The role is predominantly home based, with occasional travel to customer sites when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Business One implementations from discovery through to go live
- Work directly with customers to understand their business requirements and processes
- Configure and customise SAP Business One to meet customer requirements
- Manage data migration, testing and user acceptance
- Deliver customer training and support
- Provide consultancy and advice on best practice SAP B1 solutions
- Support integrations with third party systems
- Provide post go live support and ongoing optimisation
- Work closely with the development and project teams where customisation or integration is required
Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience with SAP Business One
- Proven end to end implementation experience
- Experience working for an SAP B1 Partner or consultancy
- Strong knowledge of core SAP B1 modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory and ideally Manufacturing/MRP
- Experience with SAP Business One 10.0
- Good understanding of SQL Server and/or SAP HANA
- Experience with SAP B1 integrations, Service Layer, APIs or SDK
- Experience with Crystal Reports and SAP B1 reporting
- Strong understanding of data migration, testing and implementation methodologies
- Excellent customer facing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish
