As a Full Stack Developer, you'll build features that thousands of workplaces rely on the moment someone walks through the door.

What You'll Accomplish

• First 30 days: Learn our codebase, CI/CD pipeline, and release process, then ship your first production enhancement end to end.
• Within 90 days: Own delivery of a customer-facing feature, such as a new check-in flow, host notification, or reporting view. Ship it on schedule, with automated test coverage and no critical defects after release.
• Within 6 months: Build or harden at least two third-party integrations (access control, calendar, HR, or identity systems). Make data sync reliably and measurably reduce related support tickets.
• Speed up the product: Find a high-traffic page or API endpoint and cut its production response time by 25% or more, verified through monitoring.
• Protect visitor data: Fix flagged vulnerabilities within agreed SLAs and build privacy and compliance into every feature that handles personal information.
• Raise the team's bar: Give thoughtful code reviews, document what you build, and propose one improvement each quarter that reduces tech debt or manual work.

Your Environment

You'll join an agile product engineering team of developers, QA engineers, product managers, and designers, and you'll report to the Engineering Manager. You'll work across our web applications, APIs, and cloud infrastructure, supported by modern source control, automated pipelines, and production monitoring. What You Bring

• 3+ years building and shipping production web applications across both front end and back end.
• Strong skills in a modern JavaScript/TypeScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue) and a server-side stack such as C#/.NET or Node.js.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and webhooks, including integrations with third-party platforms.
• Solid relational database skills (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL), including schema design and query tuning for performance.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows.
• A security-first mindset, with working knowledge of OWASP practices, OAuth/SSO, and handling sensitive data responsibly.
