We are on the lookout for a driven and dynamic 2nd Line Engineer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an MSP environment to join our high performing team. This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of flexibility and collaboration; you’ll work 2–3 days per week in our Milton Keynes office with the rest remote.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving real technical challenges, this role will give you the opportunity to support clients nationwide, handling tickets while delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional technical support—both remotely and on-site—within a fast-moving MSP environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across O365, VMware, Hyper-V, Watchguard, Microsoft Server OS, TCP/IP networking, N-able RMM.
- Review, update, and escalate logged jobs to ensure clients receive the very best service.
- Follow structured change management processes and meet agreed SLAs.
- Manage and resolve issues relating to Windows 10 and Office 365 Administration & Support.
- Use ticketing systems to accurately record and track incidents and resolutions.
- Maintain outstanding customer satisfaction with quick, clear, and confident communication.
- Provide floorwalking support, ensuring users receive timely, proactive assistance.
