Are you an experienced Information Security Manager with expertise in cyber security, ISO 27001, governance, risk and compliance? We're looking for a proactive security professional to help shape and strengthen our security and compliance framework, ensuring information assets, systems and services remain protected while supporting business growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative technology environment where you'll work across IT, engineering and business teams to improve information security, cyber resilience, governance, risk management and compliance. You'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the Information Security Management System (ISMS), supporting audits and certifications, managing security risks, and embedding security best practice throughout the organisation.

The successful Information Security Manager will be responsible for driving continual improvement across ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, governance, supplier assurance, vulnerability management, incident response, business continuity and security awareness. You'll work with stakeholders across the business to manage information security risks, coordinate audits, support customer security requirements and ensure policies, standards and controls remain effective and aligned with business objectives.

We're looking for someone with proven experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), IT Risk or Security Assurance. You'll have a solid understanding of ISO 27001, information security frameworks, security audits, risk assessments, vulnerability management, incident management and supplier assurance. Experience supporting regulatory compliance, business continuity, disaster recovery and security awareness programmes would be highly beneficial.

Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, CEH or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer are desirable but not essential.
