We are looking for an experienced Modular Building Installer to join our growing installation team, delivering high-quality modular construction projects across the UK and Worldwide. You’ll be responsible for the on-site assembly, installation, and finishing of modular buildings, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role suited to someone practical, reliable, and comfortable working away from home on projects nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and assemble modular buildings on customer sites
- Carry out structural assembly, internal fit-out, finishing, and snagging
- Refurbish and finish modular buildings from our base in Routh, Beverley
- Operate tools, plant, and lifting equipment safely
- Coordinate with site managers, crane operators, and subcontractors
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Conduct final checks and handovers to clients
- Travel to sites across the country and stay away when required
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience installing modular, portable, or prefabricated buildings
- Skilled with hand and power tools
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Comfortable working outdoors and at height when necessary
- Flexible with travel and overnight stays
Desirable (not essential)
- IPAF / PASMA / telehandler or lifting tickets
- Multi-trade skills (electrical, plumbing, finishing)
