We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Labourers to join our team. As a Homeimprovements Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting various construction projects by performing essential tasks that contribute to the overall success of the job site. You will learn how to fit kitchens ,bathrooms,bedrooms ,doors,windows etc.As your skill set goes up so will your wage.This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organised work area.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as required.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently.
- Perform general labour duties such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as necessary.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or labour-intensive roles is advantageous but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn.
