Part‑Time Bookkeeper (Fashion Wholesale / E‑Commerce)

We are looking for a highly organised Part‑Time Bookkeeper to support our growing fashion business across e‑commerce and wholesale. This lean role focuses on accurate financial housekeeping, weekly cash clarity, and simple but proactive support for our small team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly bookkeeping: posting invoices, expenses, and payments
- Weekly reconciliation of bank, Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Klarna
- Weekly monitoring of our Hilldunfactoring portal (training provided if needed)
- Light credit control: polite payment chasing for wholesale customers
- Preparing supplier payment runs
- Month‑end cleanup & VAT support (record preparation only)
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years bookkeeping experience
- Confident user of Xero
- Experience with e‑commerce (Shopify a bonus)
- Comfortable with light AR chasing
- Calm, organised, reliable, detail‑focused
- Able to work independently 2–3 short sessions per week
Hours and Pay:
- Approx. 15–22 hours per month
