We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition Lead, based in London (hybrid). You'll play a vital part in ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers, supporting the end-to-end recruitment process across a fast-paced, high-volume pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting initial screening calls with candidates, assessing suitability and providing a positive first impression of S-RM
  • Coordinating interview scheduling across multiple time zones and calendars, liaising with candidates and hiring managers
  • Posting and managing job adverts across job boards and internal channels
  • Managing candidate pipelines within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), keeping records accurate and up to date
  • Acting as the first point of contact for candidates, providing a responsive and professional experience throughout
  • Helping to improve and document recruitment processes and candidate experience initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • At least one year of experience in a recruitment, HR, or people operations role (in-house or agency)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using ATS platforms, video conferencing tools, and Microsoft 365
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a genuine interest in people and hiring
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and managing candidate pipelines
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse as an ATS, including managing job stages, scorecards, and candidate communications
  • Exposure to volume or technical hiring
