As an experienced due diligence and investigations practitioner, you will be responsible for:

  • Researching, writing and reviewing high-quality intelligence reports on companies and individuals; spanning transactional due diligence, strategic intelligence and investigations, as well as drawing on open-source and human-source intelligence gathering.

We nurture a culture of equality, diversity and inclusion and we are dedicated to developing a workforce that displays a variety of talents, experiences and perspectives. This is not an entry level position and we are looking for an experienced due diligence practitioner with a track record of researching and writing complex due diligence reports for M&A, private equity and investment clients, and/or investigations in support of disputes and legal proceedings.

We're looking for the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or more, preferably in European Studies, Political Science, International Relations, Economics, Law, Journalism, a European language and/or linguistics or related field.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Polish, or Greek would be an advantage, though it isn't a requirement - we welcome applications from candidates who meet the remaining criteria.
  • Excellent research, analytical and investigative skills, with demonstrable experience in open-source and human-source intelligence gathering and analysis.
  • A demonstrable understanding of the different forms of integrity and regulatory risks that concern clients within Europe.
  • A demonstrable understanding of political, economic, commercial and legal dynamics in Europe.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.

Candidates must have permission to work in the UK by the start of their employment. Nonetheless, this is not an entry level position, experience in the Corporate Intelligence industry is a requirement.
