We have a new and exciting role available within our Corporate Intelligence division in London.

Who we are

S-RM is a global intelligence and cyber security consultancy. Since 2005, we’ve helped companies, governments and private individuals solve some of their most complex challenges. Our Corporate Intelligence division uses the latest research and intelligence‑gathering techniques to investigate how companies and individuals really do business in today’s world. We work with some of the most prominent and sophisticated organisations to help them understand partners, customers, assets and territories across the globe – the healthcare company a private equity firm wants to invest in; the prospective client a bank wants to onboard; the market a multinational wants to enter. We also provide specialised investigative support to law firms, businesses and individuals in contentious situations such as litigation, commercial disputes and internal investigations. From our offices in London, Manchester, New York, Washington DC, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Cape Town, we deliver critical insights from every country across the world.

The role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and execute global hiring for our Corporate Intelligence business unit across all our locations. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting and securing top talent across all regions to support our growth. You will work closely with leadership, HR team, and senior stakeholders to anticipate hiring needs and build robust talent pipelines.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding;
  • Partner with senior leaders across all our locations to understand hiring needs, and develop robust talent pipelines;
  • Build and manage pipelines of top talent through direct sourcing, market mapping, industry events, partnerships, and employee referral programs;
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders within Corporate Intelligence and the HR team to develop a best‑in‑class onboarding programme;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant external partners, search firms, universities, and professional associations;
  • Analyse market intelligence and hiring trends in the industry to guide proactive recruitment strategies and advise stakeholders on talent availability;
  • Use data and recruitment metrics to track performance, influence decision-making, and continuously improve processes.

The role will be based in our London office, however flexible working arrangements are available.

  • Proven experience (a minimum of 8 years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong focus on in-house recruiting into professional services/consulting roles, preferably in the Corporate Intelligence industry;
  • Experience managing recruitment on a global scale, with knowledge of regional differences in hiring practices and talent markets;
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders;
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship‑building skills;
  • Data‑driven approach with experience using applicant tracking systems (such as Greenhouse), recruitment analytics, and sourcing platforms;
