The S-RC Cup is a student-led UK-wide RC motorsport championship designed to inspire the next generation of engineers, designers and innovators.
Teams from schools across the country design, build and race their own remote-controlled vehicles, developing skills in engineering, teamwork, problem-solving and motorsport.
More than just a competition, the S-RC Cup creates a platform where young people can experience the excitement of motorsport and turn ideas into reality.
Role Description
The S-RC Cup is looking for volunteers to join our event team for the S-RC Cup National Final at Whilton Mill Karting Circuit on 2nd July 2026.
This is a unique opportunity to get behind the scenes of a growing motorsport championship, helping deliver a full race day experience for teams, schools and spectators.
We’re looking for people interested in:
- Engineering & technical support
- Commentary & Broadcast Team
- Team & Paddock Support
You’ll get:
- Behind-the-scenes access to race operations
- Opportunity to work alongside schools, teams and engineers
- A chance to be part of one of the UK’s most exciting grassroots motorsport projects
No previous motorsport experience required for most roles - enthusiasm, reliability and a willingness to get involved matter most.
