SR Drivers are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Drivers on behalf of a well-established logistics client based in Warrington (WA4). We have ongoing Monday to Friday day and night shifts, along with flexible ad hoc shifts to suit your availability. Weekend work is also available when required. This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers looking for reliable work, competitive pay and a supportive recruitment team.
The Role
- Trunking deliveries and collections between customer depots
- Trailer drop and swaps
- Delivering and collecting loaded trailers
- Completing daily vehicle safety checks
- Completing delivery paperwork accurately
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time
- Complying with Drivers' Hours, Working Time Directive and Road Transport legislation
- Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times

Pay Rates
- Monday to Friday Day Shifts £16.00 per hour (£17.93 per hour including 12.07% accrued holiday pay)
- Night Shifts £17.00 per hour (£19.05 per hour including 12.07% accrued holiday pay)
- Saturday £18.00 per hour (£20.17 per hour including 12.07% accrued holiday pay)
- Sunday £19.00 per hour (£21.29 per hour including 12.07% accrued holiday pay)
What We're Looking For
- Valid UK HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence
- Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred
- Good understanding of Drivers' Hours and Tachograph Regulations
- A reliable, professional and safety-focused attitude
