S. Norton & Co Ltd is hiring a Mobile Plant Operative - Fixed Term Contract based in Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland, UK. This is a Temporary opportunity (25 Days Annual Holidays, plus 8 Bank Holidays, Pension Scheme).

The role involves:

  • Loading and unloading of HGV vehicles
  • Loading/feeding of shredders, shears and balers
  • Moving of materials into stockpiles
  • Loading ships as and when required

Depending on your experience and capability, you will be driving various heavy plant including 360 material handlers, wheel loaders etc as used within the metal recycling industry.
