Support Worker | Children's Residential Care in Mansfield

We are looking for experienced Children's Residential Support Workers to join a service located in Mansfield, supporting children aged 6–18 with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and mild Learning Disabilities.

• Delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care while working closely with colleagues to maintain a supportive and professional team culture
• Maintaining high standards of clinical practice, safeguarding, and compliance
• Working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver care in line with service values and evidence-based practice
• A positive, caring, and compassionate approach to delivering high quality care
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• A motivated, flexible, and proactive approach to work
• Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare, or at least 70–80% of the way through completing the qualification
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a children's home environment
• Experience working within residential childcare, supporting children and young people with complex and challenging needs
• Full driving licence essential
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK without s p o n s o r s h i p

Hours: Full-time - Shifts: Rota basis, including alternate weekends - Shift Times: 7am–10pm (15-hour shifts)

Please note: We do not hold licences to support overseas candidates. You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a children's home environment as a Children's Residential Support Worker.

This role is suitable for candidates commuting from Mansfield, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Shirebrook, Warsop, Worksop, Alfreton, Chesterfield and surrounding areas.
