About the Role
We are looking for experienced Support Worker to join a service located in New Milton, supporting adult services.
This role is suitable for candidates commuting from New Milton and surrounds.
As an experienced Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care while working closely with colleagues to maintain a supportive and professional team culture.
You will play a key role in maintaining high standards ofclinical practice, safeguarding, and compliance, while working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver care in line with service values and evidence-based practice.
Requirements

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A motivated, flexible, and proactive approach to work
- All mandatory training including a Care Certificate
- Minimum of 6 monthsexperience
- Experience working within adult services
