About the Role:
We are looking for an Experienced Mental Health Nurse to join a specialist mental health hospital. The service supports adults from 18 years through to older age, with a range of complex mental health needs including depression, schizophrenia and other mental illnesses, personality disorder, learning disabilities and addictions. This role is suitable for candidates commuting from Kegworth, Derby, Nottingham, Loughborough, Leicester, Long Eaton, Castle Donington, Coalville, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Ilkeston, Burton upon Trent and surrounding areas.
As an experienced Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and reviewing care, while working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure care is safe, effective and recovery focused.
Requirements:
- A positive, caring, and compassionate approach to delivering high-quality care
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A high level of self-motivation with a flexible and proactive working style
- A relevant Registered Nurse qualification (RMN)
- A current and unrestricted NMC registration
- A minimum of 18 months post-qualification experience as an RMN
- Experience working in a Mental Health setting
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
