Salary: Β£14,24 per hour
Hours: Various
Shifts: Days, night
Shift Times:0800 to 2000; 2000 to 0800
Please note: We do not hold licences to support overseas candidates. You must have 1 yearsexperience as a Support Worker.
About the Role
We are looking for experienced Support Workerto join a service located in Lymington, supporting children in a residential setting.
This role is suitable for candidates commuting from Lymington and surrounds.
As an experienced Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care while working closely with colleagues to maintain a supportive and professional team culture.
You will play a key role in maintaining high standards ofclinical practice, safeguarding, and compliance, while working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver care in line with service values and evidence-based practice.
Requirements
- A positive, caring, and compassionate approach to delivering high quality care
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A motivated, flexible, and proactive approach to work
- All mandatory training including Care Certificate
- Minimum of 6 months experience
- Experience working within children's residential settings
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK without s p o n s o r s h i p
