Salary: £41,496 - £45,864 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: Full‑Time permanent positions available (42 hours on average)

Shifts: Days, nights and weekends on rotation – Paid breaks

Shift Times: Day 08:00 – 20:00 / Night 20:00 – 08:00

About the Role: We are looking for Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) to join a service located in Haslemere, supporting adults with complex mental health and physical health conditions. This role is suitable for candidates commuting from Haslemere, Godalming, Farnham, Petersfield, Bordon, Alton, Liphook, Midhurst and surrounding areas.

As an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and person‑centred care, while working closely with your colleagues to maintain a supportive and professional team culture. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of clinical practice, safeguarding, and compliance, and will work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver care in line with service values and evidence‑based practice.

Requirements:

  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • A high level of self‑motivation with a flexible and proactive working style
  • A relevant Registered Nurse qualification (RMN)
  • A current and unrestricted NMC registration

  • Experience working in a Mental Health setting
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
