S.N.G Healthcare is seeking experienced, reliable, and compassionate Community Family Support Workers to support parents, children, and families within their own homes and community settings.

This is a meaningful role where your input directly supports safety, parenting capacity, routine, and positive outcomes for children and families. You will work professionally within family homes, maintaining clear boundaries, following safeguarding procedures, and completing accurate, factual records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide practical and emotional support to parents, babies, and children
  • Support daily routines, structure, and positive parenting approaches
  • Observe and record parent–child interactions
  • Always promote the safety and wellbeing of children
  • Support with feeding, hygiene, appointments, and household routines
  • Recognise and report safeguarding concerns appropriately
