Salary: Up to £42,535 per annum

Hours: Full-Time 40 hours / Monday - Friday

Please note: We do not hold licences to support overseas candidates. You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist and be HCPC registered.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a specialist neurological service in Southampton, supporting adults living with acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries, stroke, early onset dementia and progressive neurological conditions. This role is suitable for candidates commuting from Worcester, Droitwich Spa, Malvern, Evesham, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Redditch, Tewkesbury and surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Occupational Therapy services, supporting individuals through specialist neurological rehabilitation and long-term complex care. Working closely with the Therapy Lead and wider multidisciplinary team, you will help residents maximise their independence, improve their quality of life and achieve meaningful rehabilitation goals.

This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your clinical skills within a varied and rewarding neurological caseload while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Requirements:

  • A recognised Occupational Therapy degree (BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy)
  • Current and unrestricted HCPC registration
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working as an Occupational Therapist
  • Previous experience working within a neurological rehabilitation or neuro care setting
  • Experience completing functional assessments and developing person-centred treatment plans
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A compassionate, proactive and person-centred approach to care
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
