Shifts: Days, nights and weekends on rotation – Paid breaks
Shift Times: Day 08:00 – 20:00 / Night 20:00 – 08:00
Please note: We do not hold licences to support overseas candidates. You must have a minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered General Nurse (RGN).
About the Role: We are looking for Registered Nurses (RMN/RGN) to join a service located in Haslemere, supporting adults with complex mental health and physical health conditions. As an experienced Registered Nurse (RMN/RGN), you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care, while working closely with your colleagues to maintain a supportive and professional team culture. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of clinical practice, safeguarding, and compliance, and will work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver care in line with service values and evidence-based practice.
Requirements:
- A positive, caring, and compassionate approach to delivering high-quality care
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A high level of self-motivation with a flexible and proactive working style
- A relevant Registered Nurse qualification (RMN or RGN)
- A current and unrestricted NMC registration
- A minimum of 1 year’s post-qualification experience as an RMN or RGN
- Experience working in a Mental Health setting
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
