Shift Times: 08:00AM - 20:00PM (Weekends - every Saturday and Sunday)
About the Role: We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join a 4 bed home in Southampton. You will be supporting adults with complex needs, ensuring their safety, wellbeing and comfort throughout the day. Being involved with taking service users out and being involved with their day to day life. This role involves providing person-centred support, promoting independence, completing welfare checks, and responding appropriately to any support needs that arise during the night.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous care or support work experience
- Positive, caring and compassionate approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Makaton training - desirable not essential
