About the Role:
We are looking for Care Assistants to support individuals within their own homes across the Southampton area, including Eastleigh, Fair Oak, Hamble, Hedge End, Romsey, Bishopstoke, Botley, Chandler’s Ford, Netley and West End. You will be supporting mainly elderly individuals, including those living with dementia, as well as individuals requiring complex care such as PEG and catheter care.
Requirements:
- A positive, caring, and compassionate approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and reliable approach to shifts
- Driving license essential
- No experience required – full training provided
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
