Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time, Permanent

Shifts: Long and short shifts available

Shift Times: 07:00 - 22:00

About the Role:

We are looking for compassionate Care Assistants to join a friendly domiciliary care team, supporting individuals within their own homes across the Southampton area, including Eastleigh, Fair Oak, Hamble, Hedge End, Romsey, Bishopstoke, Botley, Chandler's Ford, Netley and West End.

As a Care Assistant, you will provide safe, person-centred care, supporting individuals with personal care, medication, meal preparation, companionship and daily living activities, helping them maintain their independence in their own homes. You will support mainly older adults, including those living with dementia, as well as individuals requiring more complex care such as PEG feeding and catheter care. Working closely with the wider care team, you will help deliver high-quality care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.
