Location: Ringwood, Bournemouth
Salary: £19 - £21 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-Time permanent positions available
Shifts: Days, nights and weekends on rotation – Paid breaks
Shift Times: Day 08:00 – 20:00 / Night 20:00 – 08:00
Note: We do not hold licences to support overseas candidates. You must have a minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
About the Role: We are looking for Registered Mental Health Nurses to join a service located in Ringwood, supporting adults with complex mental health and physical health conditions. As an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and person-centred care, while working closely with your colleagues to maintain a supportive and professional team culture. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of clinical practice, safeguarding, and compliance, while working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and effective care in line with service values and evidence-based practice.
Requirements:
- A positive, caring, and compassionate approach to delivering high quality care
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A high level of self motivation with a flexible and proactive working style
- A relevant Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
- A current and unrestricted NMC registration
- A minimum of 1 year’s post-qualification experience as an RMN
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
- Experience working in acute settings
