Shift Times:

  • 07:00 to 14:30
  • 07:00 to 16:00
  • 14:30 to 21:00
  • 16:00 to 21:00
  • 21:00 to 07:00

Please note: We do not hold licences to support overseas candidates. You must have 6 months experience as a Support Worker.

About the Role: We are looking for experienced Support Workers to join a service located in New Milton, supporting adult services. This role is suitable for candidates commuting from New Milton and surrounds. As an experienced Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care while working closely with colleagues to maintain a supportive and professional team culture. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of clinical practice, safeguarding, and compliance, while working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver care in line with service values and evidence-based practice.

Requirements:

  • A positive, caring, and compassionate approach to delivering high quality care
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • A motivated, flexible, and proactive approach to work
  • All mandatory training including a Care Certificate
  • Minimum of 6 months experience
  • Experience working within adult services
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
