About the Role:
We are looking for an Experienced Mental Health Nurse to join a specialist neurological rehabilitation service in Loughborough, supporting adults with acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, spinal injuries and other complex healthcare needs. This role is suitable for candidates commuting from Leicester, Loughborough, Hinckley, Market Harborough, Melton Mowbray, Coalville, Lutterworth, Ashby-de-la-Zouch and surrounding areas.
As an experienced Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and reviewing care, while working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure care is safe, effective and recovery focused.
Requirements:
- A positive, caring, and compassionate approach to delivering high-quality care
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A high level of self-motivation with a flexible and proactive working style
- A relevant Registered Nurse qualification (RMN) (RNLD) (RGN)
- A current and unrestricted NMC registration
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
