You must have previous experience working as a Senior Care Assistant, Care Supervisor or Team Leader within a residential or nursing home setting. About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Leader to join a residential elderly care setting located in Froxfield, supporting older adults and ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate and person-centred care. This role is suitable for candidates commuting from Froxfield, Petersfield, Alton, Bordon, Waterlooville, Winchester, Farnham and surrounding areas. As an experienced Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting and leading a team of care staff while ensuring consistently high standards of care are maintained. You will play a key role in leading shifts, supporting staff, mentoring team members and promoting the dignity, independence and wellbeing of residents.
