Salary: Up to £45,000 per year + £5,000 Welcome Bonus + 21% Annual Bonus OTE

What will you be doing?

  • Lead and manage a team to provide high-quality care and support to children in the home
  • Ensure outstanding outcomes for children, promoting their safety, wellbeing, and personal development
  • Oversee day-to-day management of the home, including staff supervision, rotas, and mentoring
  • Work closely with external professionals to provide therapeutic care and support
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding policies
  • Manage the home’s budget and financial performance

What do you need?

  • 3+ years of experience working in a children’s residential home at a senior level
  • Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People’s Workforce
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and The Children Act 1989
  • Experience in managing budgets and financial performance
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work flexibly and take part in on-call duties
