About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join an elderly care home in Bognor Regis. This role is suitable for candidates commuting from Bognor Regis, Chichester, Littlehampton, Worthing, Arundel, Felpham, Selsey, Yapton, Barnham, and surrounding areas.
The home provides high-quality care and support to older people, with a focus on ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred care in a comfortable and supportive environment.
As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, delivering and reviewing residents' care, while working closely with care staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
This role would suit an experienced RGN who is passionate about elderly care and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
Requirements:
- A positive, caring and compassionate approach to delivering high-quality care
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A flexible and proactive approach to your work
- A relevant Registered Nurse qualification (RGN)
- A current and unrestricted NMC registration
- Experience working as a Registered General Nurse for a minimum of 6 months
- Experience within an elderly care or nursing home setting is desirable
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
