Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Lead (RGN) to join an elderly care home in Bognor Regis. This role is suitable for candidates commuting from Bognor Regis, Chichester, Littlehampton, Worthing, Arundel, Felpham, Selsey, Yapton, Barnham, and surrounding areas. The home provides high-quality, person-centred care and support to older people, with a strong focus on maintaining excellent clinical standards and ensuring residents receive safe and effective care.

As Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care teams, helping to ensure high standards of care are consistently maintained. You will oversee care planning, medication, clinical documentation and risk management, while supporting staff and working alongside other healthcare professionals. This role would suit an experienced RGN who is looking to take the next step in their career and enjoys providing clinical leadership within an elderly care setting.

Requirements:

  • A positive, caring and compassionate approach to delivering high-quality care
  • Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to provide effective clinical leadership
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • A flexible and proactive approach to your work
  • A relevant Registered Nurse qualification (RGN)
  • A current and unrestricted NMC registration
  • A minimum of 12 months experience working as a Registered General Nurse in a senior role
  • Previous experience within an elderly care or nursing home setting
  • Experience in a senior nursing or clinical leadership role
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
