We are currently supporting the mobilisation of a new children’s residential home in Frome, Somerset, and are looking for experienced and committed Support Workers to join us on a temporary basis with immediate start opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new service setup, supporting a small group of children in a structured, well-supported environment. You will be supporting a small group of young people with learning disabilities, including non‑verbal communication needs.

The focus of the role is to provide:

  • Consistent, attentive supervision
  • Emotional and behavioural support
  • Assistance with daily routines and personal care (where required)
  • Clear, accurate recording of observations

This is a hands‑on role requiring patience, awareness, and a calm, professional approach.

Requirements:

  • Multiple staff required (day and night cover)
  • Block bookings available
  • Immediate shifts from next week
