The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in encouraging independence and promoting an active lifestyle for our service users. Key responsibilities include:
· Supporting service users with personal care, cooking, and cleaning.
· Acting as a key worker and completing required reports/paperwork.
· Encouraging engagement in community activities and attending appointments.
· Using service users’ vehicles for outings.
· Assisting with de-escalation and managing challenging behaviours (training provided).
