As Registered Manager, you will provide strong leadership and management to a dedicated residential care team, ensuring the delivery of excellent childcare provision in line with the home's Statement of Purpose. You will be responsible for creating a safe, warm and stable environment where children and young people feel valued, supported and able to achieve positive outcomes.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working within a children's residential care setting.
- Previous experience in a senior or management position within residential childcare.
- Passionate, confident and committed approach to supporting children and young people.
- Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills.
- NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or currently working towards) or equivalent.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK without s p o n s o r s h i p
