SNG Healthcare is expanding its temporary staffing team and is currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Support Workers and Care Assistants to work across adult supported living services in Lymington. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support
- Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing
- Support individuals with daily living activities
- Offer emotional and behavioural support where required
- Collaborate effectively as part of a professional care team
- Support service users with personal care and daily routines including administering medication
- Encourage independence
- Provide emotional reassurance and support
- Maintain a safe, structured and supportive environment
- Follow care plans and organisational policies
- Accurately record and report information as required
Shift Patterns Available
- Day shifts
- Night shifts
- 12-hour long day shifts
- Sleep-in shifts
- Weekday and weekend availability
Qualifications
- Current DBS registered on the update service
- Completed mandatory training including a Care Certificate
- Ability to work flexible shifts
