An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Microsoft 365 / Messaging Engineer to join a major global professional services organisation on an initial 6-month contract.
This is an interesting hybrid technical role combining approximately 50% Microsoft messaging/technical support and 50% Discovery/litigation-hold work, depending on workload and current projects.
You don't need to be a dedicated eDiscovery specialist. However, you must have previous Mimecast experience, a good Microsoft messaging background and some practical exposure to Discovery or litigation/legal-hold work.

- Microsoft 365 / Office 365
- Exchange / Exchange Online
- Mimecast essential
- Discovery / eDiscovery / litigation or legal hold experience
- PowerShell
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS/DHCP, Azure, Entra, Relativity, Hybrid Exchange, Agile or ITIL would be advantageous.
You'll work alongside an experienced Discovery specialist, providing backup on legal Discovery activities while also supporting the wider Microsoft messaging environment.
This is a fully remote UK position, working core hours of approximately 9:00am - 5:30pm with flexibility.
Target start by 19 October, or ASAP.
Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
