Head of Digital Platform Enablement Platform Engineering Up to £160,000 + 30% bonus Permanent | Hybrid London, 23 days per week We are seeking a Head of Digital Platform Enablement to lead the platforms, automation and engineering capabilities underpinning technology delivery across a large global enterprise.
The remit spans service management, developer platforms, observability, automation and engineering standards as the organisation moves from traditional project-led technology towards a product-centric and engineering-led operating model.
Relevant experience required includes: Platform Engineering Service Now / Service Management platforms Developer Experience Azure Dev Ops / Git Hub CI/CD Infrastructure as Code Observability and monitoring Automation Product-centric operating models Enterprise technology transformation Leading global teams and strategic partners Candidates should understand the realities of modernising a large established enterprise technology estate, rather than having worked exclusively in greenfield or digital-native environments.
