A leading global professional services firm is looking for a Data Privacy Analyst to join its privacy team on a 12-month contract. This role would suit someone junior-to-mid level who has worked in a large, global and/or highly regulated organisation and is looking to build their career in data privacy. Relevant backgrounds could include financial services, banking, insurance, pharma, healthcare, technology, software, legal, consulting, professional services or another compliance-led environment.

You will be supported and liaise closely with your manager on supporting day-to-day privacy activity, including:

  • Privacy assessments
  • Data protection administration
  • Compliance tracking
  • Data mapping/RoPA activity
  • Use of OneTrust or a similar privacy, compliance, risk, case management or workflow system

Key experience required for the Data Privacy Analyst role:

  • Experience in a large, global and/or highly regulated organisation
  • Data privacy, data protection, compliance, risk, legal operations, data governance or regulatory experience
  • Exposure to GDPR, privacy assessments, DPIAs, RoPA, data mapping or compliance workflows
  • Knowledge or experience of OneTrust or a similar privacy/compliance/workflow system
  • Strong administration, documentation and organisational skills
  • Confident using systems and tracking work accurately
  • Good communication skills

Useful but not essential (desirable):

  • Privacy or data protection training/certification, such as IAPP, BCS, UK GDPR, OneTrust training or similar
  • Second language skills

Contract details:

  • 12-month contract
  • Fully remote
  • Flexible working hours
  • Occasional London office meet-ups
  • Expected contractor rate around £240-£260 per day inside IR35
