We are supporting a leading professional services firm seeking an AI Commercial Transformation Consultant to help shape and execute its commercial operations and AI enablement roadmap. This engagement will focus on improving commercial and business development workflows using AI technologies including ChatGPT and Claude.
The organisation is looking for someone who understands what good looks like across modern commercial operations and can quickly introduce practical, scalable improvements across business development, marketing and client engagement functions.
Key Areas of Focus
- Pitch, proposal and credentials workflows
- Lead generation and meeting origination
- CRM and pipeline management
- Content creation and thought leadership
- Campaign and event management
- AI workflow redesign and implementation
- Supporting fee-earners and business users with AI adoption
The Ideal Consultant Will Have Experience In:
- Commercial transformation / RevOps / GTM operations
- AI workflow redesign and implementation
- ChatGPT and Claude
- CRM and sales enablement
- Professional services or consulting environments
- Delivering both strategy and hands-on execution
Contract Details:
- 46 week contract initially
- Hybrid working
- 12 days per week in the London office
