The Role

As an Independent End-Point Assessor, you will assess apprentices within the RACHP sector against the relevant apprenticeship standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all assessments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out face-to-face End-Point Assessments across London, the South East, and South West
  • Evaluating apprentice competence in line with apprenticeship standards
  • Recording and documenting assessment outcomes accurately
  • Ensuring all assessments are delivered fairly, consistently, and in line with quality assurance processes
  • Providing support and guidance to End-Point Assessment teams
  • Keeping your industry knowledge up to date and completing ongoing CPD
