Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, compliant, and outcomes-focused training across a range of SIA qualifications, including:
- Door Supervisor (Level 2) and associated SIA Licence
- CCTV Operator (Level 2) and associated SIA Licence
- Award in Door Supervision in the Private Security Industry
- Award for CCTV Operators in the Private Security Industry
- Emergency First Aid at Work (Level 3)
- Embedding K9 Dog Handling as added value
- Deliver Functional Skills up to Level 2 alongside security training.
- Provide clear guidance, assessment, and feedback to learners.
- Support learner engagement and achievement in line with KPIs.
- Maintain full compliance with Ofsted, Matrix, and internal quality standards.
- Deliver Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) throughout the learner journey.
- Work collaboratively with the wider training team to drive learner success.
Ideal Candidate
We\’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 3 qualification or has substantial SIA industry experience.
- Holds (or is willing to work towards) a recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS, AET, or equivalent).
- Has Maths & English Level 2 or equivalent.
- Demonstrates excellent communication, motivation, and organisational skills.
- Is learner-focused, adaptable, and committed to quality delivery.
Desirable:
- Experience with e-portfolio systems (ideally OneFile).
- IAG Level 2 qualification or willingness to complete it.
- Familiarity with Ofsted frameworks and inspection processes.
