The Role
As Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in driving apprenticeship recruitment and employer engagement across Digital, Technology, and Data programmes. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing employer relationships, sourcing high-quality candidates, and supporting organisations with their apprenticeship hiring needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and managing relationships with employers across Digital and Technology sectors
- Selling apprenticeship recruitment and workforce solutions
- Identifying new business opportunities and generating revenue growth
- Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into apprenticeship opportunities
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy brief through to placement
- Advising employers on apprenticeship funding and talent solutions
- Achieving and exceeding recruitment and sales targets
- Developing and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and learner engagement
- Travelling to Derby once per month for team meetings and collaboration sessions

Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
