Are you a senior Learner Engagement or Employability Manager with experience leading teams, shaping strategy, and driving recruitment performance across funded programmes? This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for learner engagement delivery across Adult Skills, ASF, AEB, and Skills Bootcamps in West Yorkshire. You will operate at both strategic and operational levels, ensuring learner recruitment targets are met while maintaining quality, compliance, and positive learner journeys.

You will be joining a large-scale provider of funded Adult Skills, Employability, ASF, AEB, and Skills Bootcamp programmes, delivering provision in partnership with Jobcentres, local authorities, and employer networks. The Role
As a Senior Learner Engagement Manager, you will lead learner engagement strategy and performance across multiple funded programmes, ensuring strong recruitment pipelines, effective outreach, and high-quality onboarding.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Setting and delivering learner engagement strategy across Adult Skills, ASF, AEB, and Skills Bootcamps
- Leading, coaching, and performance-managing a learner engagement team
- Establishing recruitment targets, KPIs, and performance frameworks
- Monitoring learner pipelines, conversion rates, and cohort performance
- Developing and strengthening partnerships with Jobcentres, councils, and community organisations
- Overseeing eligibility, compliance, and audit-ready learner onboarding processes
- Using CRM data and MI to drive continuous improvement
- Working closely with senior delivery, quality, and funding teams
- Representing learner engagement at senior internal and external forums
This role is hybrid, with regular travel across West Yorkshire.
Ideal Candidate
You will be successful in this Senior Learner Engagement Manager role if you have :
