The Role As a Property Maintenance Apprenticeship Tutor, you’ll be delivering high-quality teaching and support to apprentices across the North West. You'll visit learners in their workplaces, support them remotely, and help prepare them for their End Point Assessments. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with solid industry experience, a passion for education, and the drive to support learners on their journey to success. What You’ll Do * Deliver engaging and learner-centred sessions aligned with the Property Maintenance Operative Standard * Support learners in developing skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to succeed * Track learner progress and provide clear, timely feedback * Contribute to curriculum design and development of high-quality learning materials * Maintain compliance with ESFA, Ofsted, EPAO, and Skillcert’s internal policies * Embed safeguarding, equality, and British values in everything you do What You’ll Need · Extensive experience in the Property Maintenance industry · Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE) · Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, D32/D33) · Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the region What’s in It for You? ✨ 30 days holiday + bank holidays ✨ Company pension ✨ Company vehicle Location: North West (remote with travel) Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 Job Type: Full time Permanent
