S Knights Recruitment is seeking an Apprenticeship Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for new apprenticeship learners in Brightlingsea, Essex. The part-time role (2.5 days per week) focuses on administrative and employment engagement across learners, employers and training providers.

You will ensure accurate learner records, help with compliance checks, and contribute to a smooth journey from recruitment through to progression.
