As a Senior Business Development Manager (Apprenticeships), you will take ownership of business development and employer engagement across Nottingham, Leicester, Derby, Lincoln, and Northampton. You will lead sales activity, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure apprenticeship and work-based learning targets are met.
- Leading the development of employer partnerships across the East Midlands
- Driving apprenticeship and work-based learning growth to meet start and revenue targets
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to employer needs
- Attending networking events, employer meetings, and regional skills events
- Providing market insight, supporting bid development, and contributing to strategic planning
