As an Employment Advisor, you will work closely with jobseekers to help them move into sustainable employment. You will manage a caseload of participants, providing tailored one-to-one support to help them overcome barriers and achieve their employment goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering personalised employment support, coaching, and guidance
  • Creating and reviewing action plans to support progression into work
  • Supporting CV development, job search activity, applications, and interview preparation
  • Building strong relationships with local employers and stakeholders
  • Tracking progress, maintaining accurate records, and achieving contractual outcomes
