About Job
As an Employment Advisor, you will work closely with jobseekers to help them move into sustainable employment. You will manage a caseload of participants, providing tailored one-to-one support to help them overcome barriers and achieve their employment goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering personalised employment support, coaching, and guidance
- Creating and reviewing action plans to support progression into work
- Supporting CV development, job search activity, applications, and interview preparation
- Building strong relationships with local employers and stakeholders
- Tracking progress, maintaining accurate records, and achieving contractual outcomes
- Motivating and empowering individuals to build confidence and long-term employability skills

Ideal Candidate
