As an Apprenticeship Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of employer engagement and apprenticeship sales across Leicester, Northampton, Nottingham, Derby, and Lincolnshire. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, build long-lasting partnerships, and support learners into work-based learning programmes.
- Delivering sales strategies to achieve apprenticeship starts, revenue targets, and business growth
- Attending networking events, conferences, and employer meetings to grow the organisation’s presence
- Providing market insights and supporting bid or tender development
- Monitoring employer engagement performance and identifying new growth opportunities
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and commercially minded professional with experience in apprenticeship sales, work-based learning, or employer engagement.
- Proven success in achieving apprenticeship start targets and sales objectives

- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the East Midlands
