The Role – Logistics Quality Assurer (IQA):
As a Logistics QA, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across vocational and apprenticeship programmes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Observing and supporting tutors and coaches in both classroom and workplace settings
- Organising and facilitating standardisation activities
- Monitoring assessment documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Conducting learner, mentor, and employer interviews to evaluate the quality of delivery
- Completing quality sampling and intervention reports
- Using data to identify trends and inform curriculum improvements
- Supporting training and CPD initiatives for delivery teams
- Working closely with managers to ensure high standards and learner progress
- Supporting commercial course quality assurance activities
- Ensuring all quality assurance practices meet internal and external requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
You’re a strong communicator with a positive and proactive attitude. You’re passionate about education, committed to equality and diversity, and take pride in promoting quality and consistency in learning. You will bring:
- A recognised IQA qualification (TAQA Level 4, V1, or equivalent)
- A recognised assessor qualification (TAQA, D32/D33, or equivalent)
- Experience in quality assurance, assessment, teaching, or coaching
- Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and vocational programmes
- Understanding of compliance frameworks, Ofsted EIF, and Safeguarding/Prevent
- Excellent organisational, administrative, and IT skills
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
- A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when required
